By accessing or using Stay Home Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stay Home Network. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stayhomenetwork.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others. You must not attempt to hack, spam, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Platform. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned without refund of H-COIN.
H-COIN is a platform reward currency. It has no guaranteed monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically enabled by us. H-COIN earned through approved activities may be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policies. We reserve the right to adjust H-COIN balances in cases of fraud, error, or policy violation.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Stay Home Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You may delete your content at any time.
Features including H-Music, H-TOK, H-LIVE, H-Rooms, AI tools, and marketplace services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
AI image and text generation features are powered by third-party models. Content generated via AI is subject to the same community guidelines as user-created content. You are responsible for AI-generated content posted under your account.
Stay Home Network and Herrice Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, except where prohibited by law.
